I just want to warn buyers about this phone as well as how Amazon treats customers when they are in the wrong.So first off, I purchased this phone because Amazon has it advertised as being network unlocked. I waisted many hours over many days troubleshooting the problems with this phone not working . I tried activating on many different networks. Then finally learned this phone will not ever work on any us network, as it has international radio codes. So if you live in United States do not buy this phone as it is not network unlocked as they advertise and will not work with any carrier in the United States. After I returned for refund I called Amazon becuase it had been a couple weeks and still hadnt recieved my refund. The customer service department as well as a supervisor were both absolutely horrible and completely unprofessional the way the spoke to me and treated me as if it was my fault. They would not take any responsibility or accountability for falsley advertizing this phone and would not make an exception to expedite my refund and they took almost a full month to get my money back. All the while i was still without a phone as i needed the refund money before i was able to purchase another phone. I refuseto give anymore of my business to a company who treats their customers so awful especially when it was their fault. US. BUYER BEWARE DO NOT BUY THIS PHONE

They decreased the price after I bought it and the touch isn't great. The camera is okay. I guess, it's the price that you paid.

West of money

Camera is the worst I've ever had. Does not focus and makes picture taking a Hassel. Glitchy on many daily tasks like unhooks from Bluetooth car connection. Just a bad phone. I had the Mord model prior which was much better. I regret buying this one.
