Replacement Receiver Collar for P Collar 920

I have two collars on one remote. I have two huskies that truly respond to any opinion. The battery lasts for days on the collars and the remote. Very easy to use and set up perfect for when it's raining. The collars are very easy to adjust. The performance of the collars with the remote are awesome. I never have to worry about it not working or picking up the connection. My husband loves the camouflage appearance of them. A must-have when you're socializing your dogs. If another dog doesn't listen to commands, your dogs obey the commands with the remote to walk away from the other dog that's not listening to the commands.

This was priced fairly AND it works on my ACD who have a tendency to ignore your commands when even possible!!

Works exactly as it should! I only use the "beep tone" and my dogs respond to it nicely.

Initially I had issues but I reached out to the company and it was replaced. Works perfect now.

I bought the kit with the one remote and the collar. After getting another dog the site says i can add another collar for my second dog so we did but it will only work for one. It does connect to both but wont connect as separate collars so if i use the tone or vibration, both dogs get the message. tried multiple times to reach out with no response. works great for one collar but that does not help my needs.

UPDATE: I contacted the manufacturer via email and received an immediate response that they would replace the collar that stopped working. It arrived in the mail in about 10 days and I have successfully paired it with the remote. Thank you Patpet for good customer service and striving to make things right. Original review: I bought a replacement after my first collar lost its on/off button and got water damage while my dog was wearing it at the beach. I feel like I got good use of the first one so paid the price for a replacement. I bought the replacement in February and my dog wears it once or twice a month. So maybe 10 times since purchase. Today it turned off and stopped working. Won’t charge. I am so disappointed and want this product to be my go-to for dog training collars. I’m hoping the manufacturer will make good on this product and value and replace the non functioning collar.
