Attention - a side effect of only one capsule - blood pressure 200 \ 120 for 20 hours and relieve this pressure 3 tablets could not. One more side effect is red itchy patches on the skin.Each capsule is one inch long - it is impossible for an elderly person with dentures to swallow this capsule, but it will choke easily, and it is even easier to spit it out. but the description says that these capsules are for the elderly.
