Vimergy Lemon Balm is a beneficial supplement that I can’t do without. It is the only lemon balm supplement I have been able to find that is pure, has no hidden ingredients and its strength is more potent than the others on the market making it the number one choice. No more searching necessary. Yes, it’s on the expensive side (particularly in Canada due to exchange and tariffs) but it is still the best buy that I could find, after searching and comparing all the other brands, even when they say organic, etc. It is the only “pure” lemon balm supplement I have been able to find that has no hidden ingredients and its strength is more potent than others on the market, making it the number one choice for me. One bottle of 115 ml lasts approximately three months. It helps strengthen and support your immune system and is a powerful anti-bacterial to add to your daily routine. If needed, helps with calming the central nervous system for a more restful sleep. I take one dropperful about 20-30 minutes before bed in 2 oz water, juice or in a lemon balm tea if earlier in the evening, the timing works for me.
