Delivery was excellent on this produce, it never dawned on me when my last battery case was less than 3000ma for my iPhone 6s that this being 5000ma that it would be some much heavier, but i have very quickly accepted this. Loved the fact that the standard apple lighting plug fits this produce, this was one of the main reason for buying this item. When you charge your iPhone the battery case chargers first, which is something that i found strange, but if you look on the back of the case you will see the blue lights flashing, if you press the charge button on the back it changes priority and the phone charges first which is something i prefer. The only problem i seem to be having is when i plug in my apple headphones into the lighting female jack supplied on the case (which i can do several times a day) the connection is intermittent and sometimes the sound is still heard coming from my phone and not my headphones. I have also brought and male to two female lighting adaptors and also have the same problem with this when used with the battery case, it will charge ok but sound will only come out of the phone, but when plug straight into the phone it works ok. Within 12 hours of writing this, the seller as contracting me to say that i must have received a fault battery case and is sending me a replacement free of charge in the next 5 day i can't have asked for better customer service, although i had given this produce a 4 star rating, i find that it is only fair that i now give the seller a 5 star rating for his excellent respond this my problem. :)

Best phone case i needed this for a months now finally got one my phone is bit old now it has extra life

It’s a good case, that also offers a decent amount of protection along side it’s main purpose. The battery contains enough charge to charge my iPhone X once. This is great, as by the time my phone gets below 20% around 18:00, this gives it a boost to last until bedtime. The cases downpoint is quite severe as, regardless of what case you put on, it shouldn’t interfere with primary functionality of the phone. In this case, the case stops Apple Pay from work all of the time and it becomes an “if it feels like it”. The case also seems to make my number appear “unavailable” when calling people occasionally. So whilst the case is nice and does its job, it occasionally stops the phone doing its job. Edit post contact from seller: The seller contacted myself and apologised saying that the item must be defective and they would be sending me a replacement or a refund despite the fact I am outside of the returns window. Very happy with their customer service, even if you do receive a defective item like myself: you’ll get a replacement for it. So what do you have to lose?

You can’t charge your phone while it’s in this, only the case will charge when plugged in. I suspect that they are trying to prevent overheating if it charged both batteries at the same time, but it won’t even charge the phone once the case is full. So in order to charge your phone, you have to first charge up the case, take it off charge and drain the case into the phone, then put it back on charge again to charge up the case for a full battery. This is the dumbest design in the world and it makes the case completely redundant. I have to take the case off so I can charge it and my phone separately. Also while it’s really nice to just press the button and it immediately starts charging, it does mean that it can accidentally get activated in your pocket, and you’ll take it out a few hours later only to realise it dumped the entire spare battery into your phone throughout the day and now both batteries are dead. They need to make it a double quick press to turn it on and off. That way it cannot be accidental. Put a sticker on it for new customers so they know it’s a double press. Idk. But the current setup is useless. To top it off, it doesn’t fast charge at any stage. So we’re back to the Stone Age on charging speeds. It also means that if you use your phone while it’s charging, the battery percentage is still going down because it uses more power than the case provides. Gonna keep it as an emergency for when I’m travelling but ultimately this has been a waste of money. They don’t make these cases like they used to. Also concerning to see how easy it is to snap off the lightning port in some of the other reviews. Especially given how often this case has to come on and off

So it’s been over a month since I started using this. It fits great, soft touch feels good, considering I now get 3 days of battery life, it’s not that bulky. Unfortunately, it doesn’t support certain chargers, it doesn’t support certain audio output cables. The most annoying thing is that the very useful stand broke in a week also that the cable port doesn’t lock onto cables properly which means that there’s been several times when it hasn’t charged. It isn’t waterproof as it is advertised.

I normally use an external battery pack for charing my iPhone when on the move so decided to try a case instead. It fits really well and at first, it was difficult to remove it from my phone until I figured out an easy method. It does make the phone quite heavy and chunky but I would have expected that anyway. I bought this one because it is 5000mAh and because it was fulfilled by Amazon. It charges quite quickly and the battery power indicator is a nice touch. I would have preferred something a little slimmer that did not add so much bulk and weight but it grips well in the hand and the extra weight means you are less likely to drop it. I had no problems taking pictures or searching for Pokemon, so it does what I need it to do.

Very poor quality item. I bought it to prolong the life of my iPhone which barely lasts a day on full charge. This battery case extended the time between charges to two days, but after just four weeks the Lightning port became so loose that the charging cable has trouble staying connected and using headphones/earphones became an impossibility. As a side note, I quite like the bulkiness and weight it adds to the phone. I have always thought that the XS is too thin on its own and I don't even have particularly big hands.

This is a great product but after charging successfully twice, it no longer charges. It now just seems to be dead unfortunately. On reading another review posted here about a bulging battery, I checked and mine is bulging too. I did not notice this until now which would explain why it is having charging problems. Faulty item Update: contacted the seller and they kindly offered to replace the faulty item and also I don’t have to return the faulty one, It should be with me in a few days as I have received the shipping notification. Customer service is excellent and I’ve seen some unhappy reviews here which is slightly unwarranted in my opinion as he didn’t even ask to see the photo of the bulging battery that I’ve posted here, unless he saw it separately?). Either way, I’m very happy with my purchase and I’d highly recommend it.

I was going to buy a new iPhone because I was frustrated with the battery life. I already replaced the battery 2 times that gave me a temporary and slightly better battery life. This unique charging case literally gave new life to my phone and easily triples the battery life of my phone! Hoping it will post pone buying a new expensive phone for another year! Great product and idea!

The case is just as heavy as the phone, super bulky but it is a whole battery, I did bend the charging clip so follow the instructions regarding putting it on /off

Been couples of years I bought this kind of case for my IPhone. I like the way it goes with integrate button to charge my phone. But after 4 or 5 months, I wasn’t able to listening music with the case, I had to remove it all the time. Since I removed it really often, is start to malfunction and it start to break down like the picture show. I think it’s a good case anyway, working with it for a few years but you have to keep in head that it’s good for roughly a year, after that, you need to buy a new one!

Buyer beware. The charger started off working great however it stopped working after two months. It will no longer take a charge. We attempted to contact the seller and received no response. Would not recommend wasting your money on this.

I use my phone a lot with school and work. The battery constantly dying to the point my phone is just permanently plugged in. This battery case has helped. You charge the case and when your battery drops to the certain level it charges itself. That’s awesome for me! Easy to remove the case to charge it. The charge for me lasts a day or two… like I said the battery drains often daily with being on it 20 hours a day. Definitely worth the buy!
