I have found that these practices help to loosen up my shoulders and wrist. It also helps with focus and training the mind with eye and hand coordination.

This booklet is very helpful for beginners to learn the correct slope of the letters, easy tear out pages which enables the student to work on a flat surface. I am a "leftie" and need to practice much more than "righties" so that I can get the same effect. There's plenty of drills and space to do them.
