I’ve always disliked the look of exposed light bulbs in my basement and garage. On top of that, bright LED bulbs can be blinding when they shine directly into your eyes. This product solves both of those problems. It covers the bulb, making it look more attractive, and it softens and diffuses the light, making it easier on the eyes while better filling the space with even illumination. Installation is simple and quick. My only concern is the pressure the mount puts on the bulb itself or potential damage from having bare metal in contact with the bulb housing. Because of this, I wouldn’t recommend using it on expensive bulbs like Hue bulbs. It might be worth considering a higher-end version with a smoother, gentler mount. That said, the functionality is excellent. This product is also a much cheaper and easier way to improve lighting than installing proper light fixtures over every bulb. For that reason, I really appreciate the design and practicality. However, my biggest complaint is the price. For something so basic, it feels overpriced. I would love to use these for all the bulbs in my basement and garage, but at the current price, it’s just not practical. A bulk pack of 10 at a lower price would make much more sense for people looking to outfit larger spaces. In the end, I really like the product and might buy more in the future. For now, though, I’ve covered just three of my many garage and basement bulbs and will think about whether it’s worth the cost to add more later.

Simple solution to an ugly, bare bulb! Easy to install, very light so it won't break the bulb, and looks nice! Plus, I like that the company supports people with disabilities.

This is not a fancy decorative cover but a nice and quick solution for a casual room. It was easy to install and the shade only slightly dims the brightness of the light bulb.

I rarely give 5 stars but this is so simple to use. Nice cheap upgrade for our kitchen light. Hard plastic. Sturdy but lightweight. Fits well. Highly recommend. We drilled a small hole in it to accommodate our light pull that hangs to the side. Perfect!

A little flimsy but works

Exactly what I wanted! It’s not fancy, but does the job and was easy to install.

There are cheaper options for things like this that exist but I am really glad I went with these. They go on easy and wow did they make plain old bulb fixtures look great in our basement. Good size and I even dropped them by accident a couple times while adjusting and the plastic held up very well. No scratches or dents etc. Good quality.

The metal clamp is very easy to install. It's a very clever design for folks who dislike drilling holes into cement (and the post-drilling cleaning up) to install a cover/bracket. I don't live in the USA, was kind of expecting it would be packed in a stronger Amazon cardboard box, instead of the filmsy box, luckily there was no damage. The price could have been lower.

Guys, I am over the moon right now. Recently my eyes started feeling strained with the blue monitor lights and bedroom light. I looked around for a bulb cover for the bedroom but nothing suits - decided to give this a try and am over the moon! Easy to install (it took seriously less than a minute!), looks good (prettier than a bulb sticking out, for sure!), and most of all -- it works! the shade barely impact the light brightness, it just makes the light more smoother and easier on the eyes. Feel in love with it immediately! The only downside is the price - so expensive for a flimsy plastic. But I do understand that while flimsy, it is made to withstand the heat from the light and to last for a somewhat long time, so I'll forgive the price!
