My personal favorite. - The nose pillow is small in size. But it is large in performance. It usually takes minor adjustments for proper positioning when putting it on. But it stays in position better than larger choices. The majority of nights, I have zero leakage. The majority of times while sleeping on my back, it needs no additional nighttime adjustments. And while sleeping or repositioning to my side. It may take a few nighttime minor night time adjustments. It is different in that the pressure may flare out the sides of your nose in use. Personally for me this is not an issue. And I use a high pressure setting. When you first get it, don’t be scared to tinker around with positioning until it fits nicely. When first using it, it may make the inside rim of your nostrils a little sensitive. But after a couple weeks, the inside rims seem to stiffen enough, so that the there is no sensitivity issues. It’s called a nose pillow because where it contacts the bottom of your nose, the air pressure creates a cushioning affect, which creates a soft contact point. This is my personal favorite.
