Excellent Headset for Work Calls While Staying Aware of Your Surroundings
I bought this headset mainly for Microsoft Teams meetings and work calls, and it has performed exactly as I hoped. The open-ear design is what I like most. I can clearly hear calls and audio while still being aware of what's happening around me. If someone talks to me at home or in the office, I don't have to remove the headset to hear them. Another advantage is that, because they don't completely cover your ears, they don't build up heat like traditional over-the-head headsets do after several hours of use, making them much more comfortable for an entire workday. The microphone delivers clear voice quality during meetings, and the physical buttons are easy to locate without looking. I also like that it supports simultaneous connection to two devices, making it easy to switch between my computer and phone. Another feature I really appreciate is the USB-C charging port. My previous headset used a proprietary charger, and whenever I forgot the cable at home, I couldn't recharge it. With this headset, I can use almost any USB-C cable or charger I already have, which is much more convenient. The battery easily lasts through my workday, and the headset remains comfortable even after wearing it for several hours. One suggestion for the manufacturer would be to include a carrying case. Since it doesn't come with one, the headset could be damaged when carried loose inside a backpack or laptop bag. Buyers should also keep in mind that this is an open-ear headset. Its biggest advantage is allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings, but that also means it performs best in quiet environments. In noisy places, you'll likely need to increase the volume. I don't consider this a flawโit's simply the expected behavior of an open-ear design and something worth considering before purchasing. Overall, I think it's an excellent headset for remote work, virtual meetings, and anyone who spends long hours on calls.

The G3 is very good for voice
The G3 is a good headset for phone calls, virtual meetings, and other voice applications. I bought it along with the G2 model when they were being sold together at a discount. Again I am happy with both. The incoming and outgoing voice quality of the G3 is good and clear and even louder than the G2. Unlike earbuds which are unreliable and will randomly fall out of the ear, these style headsets have a band that fits behind the neck area and hooks over both ear lobes making them stay in place reliably and comfortably. The speakers and mic rest right below the wearers temples, allowing them to hear both the headset audio and while still being able to hear sound clearly from outside surroundings. Someone in person nearby will still be able to get your attention without tapping on your shoulder or having to excessively raise their voice. And with the G3 you will get even more talk time between charges due to it having a larger battery capacity. Again a good product for voice applications. I would also like to add that both devices both come well packaged and have very good full color manuals included. Edit Update 8-1-24. I did not notice until today that the G3 model also has a tiny slider switch on the end of the mic boom. This switch allows the user to turn the mic off completely which is a bonus for the privacy minded user. The ability to physically turn the mic off with the slide switch is great when dealing with questionable apps such as Microsoft Teams which is notoriously known to un-mute Bluetooth mics at random during teams meetings despite not being granted permission. Great product.

Worth the money
I originally bought these for my jobs, both of which are primarily phone or telehealth-focused. I got the G3 it was very good: people told me they could hear me clearly with the microphone and it was a discreet enough model that it wasn't a big concern. It's comfortable, easy to use. I'd say it's a little bulky behind the ears (some people have compared it to Shokz in that way) but not uncomfortable, at least for me. My two biggest cons are the fit (which I'm finding has much more to do with ME than the model; I've gone through a couple of headphones lately so it's a me problem) and the sound. While the sound is clear, the volume needs to be higher than I would like. I have a hearing problem in one of my ears and so I am trying to use headphones that will ensure I am not blasting sound into my ears constantly. So to have this require 30-60 on the volume meter on my computer isn't great...BUT because of the way the model is, it's sturdy enough for me to take off my bad ear to protect it, and that's very helpful. It was definitely worth the purchase and so I use it primarily for quieter environments (like home) when the volume doesn't need to be so high. It's a great model, does the job well, and is inexpensive.

Good headset, but I would NEVER buy again.
Bass is good and sound quality is a 7/10. It's sturdy, flexible, and stores well. It doesn't fall off the back of my head like most of these headsets do, and I have a huge viking head, so that's saying something. HOWEVER, it has a proprietary magnetic charging clip and no capability to charge via USB. So, if you lose or forget your charger, you're screwed. Also, the buttons are very small, not easily discernable when touching, and difficult to press. Again, I like this headset, and it serves me well, but I wouldn't buy another one unless I can charge it via USB and there was some improvement in button size/placement.

High-Quality Sturdy Headset with Mic, Great Sound
This headset is a tremendous all-around asset to my everyday routine for working remotely, workouts, errands, and etc. I keep it around my neck so it is always handy (a bonus of this style) and use it frequently throughout the day. I have struggled to find a headset that works just as well for listening to music and audiobooks and making hands-free calls, and this one is perfect for both. After trying the G9, which is also a great headset, the seller offered the G3 to test. The headset arrived well-packaged with a thorough instructional booklet. I am equally as happy with this G3, which does have a couple of distinctions, depending on one's preferences. The G9 has a detachable mic and is a bit more flexible to easily stuff into a pocket or small phone purse, if those are your needs. The G3 is also light though a bit more substantial, feels very solid with an attached, rubberized mic. This headset has a very nice fit around the ears and a roomy wire band, with sizeable power, volume, and mic on/off buttons. I really appreciate the button and control features being on the larger side, as I can easily feel what I am pressing and push the right ones. No more accidentally hanging up on callers or trying to figure out how to pause audio or increase/decrease volume as I usually experience with ear pods, as the layout of these features is also quite logical and spaced well around the headset. Sound is great and the speakers sit comfortably on my ears, with the rubberized finish providing a nice, soft feel. Love this headset - highly recommend!

Buy for short term use, but not if you don't have money to flush.
Great, but only for 2 years. Here's my review that I'm going to leave on the A2 that I tried after my G3 broke that will explain my 2-star rating of the G3. For the A2: My 1-star instead of zero for the A2 is for the company's tech support. They were responsive and nice but the product is a waste of money. Let me explain. In 2023, I bought a pair of BANIGIPA G3 open ear headphones with boom mic to use for work with Microsoft Teams and Zoom. They were great! So great that I later bought another pair to gift a coworker who also can't wear in- or over-ear/over-head headsets. But then, in 2025, my BANIGIPA headset microphone stopped working. The audio worked perfectly (and even after I cut the inoperable mic off, the audio still works well), but the microphone stopped working. I confirmed I wasn't muted on the headset or the computer and nothing got the mic working again no matter which device I tried them on. I was devastated because they'd been so good up until that point and because I left them at work every day and handled them with kid gloves. I knew they were from a no-name Chinese company, so I figured I would need to treat them really delicately to maintain them and still, that didn't help. I actually emailed the company to ask if they had something I could do to fix them or if they would replace them or something like that. The company responded back that the best they could do was offer me a 50% credit on buying another product AFTER I bought said other product because the G3 warranty is only for 1 year. The G3 was $60 so I wasn't too keen on having to spend $30 more for a headset that was probably going to just break again soon after the warranty was up, but the response from the company was a really nice touch (assuming they would have actually followed through with giving me the Amazon credit) so I said I would try buying a newer model of the G3 to see if the longevity of the product had improved for the newer version. Long story short, I never even attempted to get my 50% refund after purchasing this new BANIGIPA product because this new headset was horrible. The audio quality was ridiculously muffled both ways. I don't know if that is because the mic is removable but even if that's the case, it doesn't explain why my audio/what I heard of the call was so bad. So I just returned them to Amazon. This review is to say that if you need a short term product, go with the BANIGIPA G3. Otherwise, don't even order this headset. I decided to go ahead and leave a review while I'm back on Amazon looking for another pair. Why is it so hard to find open ear headphones with a boom mic that is good quality in the $50-$100 range? Is that too much to ask? The technology in the headphones realm far surpasses what is available for the price. I just don't understand but I would rather not have anything than pay money for something that breaks for no reason in under 5 years.

Awesome product
I really like these headphones. They are different in that they sit in front of the ear, leaving an open ear to hear noise around you, so, obviously not meant for noise cancelling. They sound great! And are extremely affordable. The microphone sounds great (you have to be able to select the microphone input in whatever recording app you're using, so these didn't work with my simple camera/video app on my phone. But using a recording app that you can select the input was great! They do connect for calls with no problem) They seem to cancel out ambient noise from recording and phone/video calls. the microphone is very clear. These are my go to for video calls and recordings for my business (I record meditations and hypno therapy sessions) Support is fantastic. I reached out because I couldn't connect the mic to my video app and they explained how to use them. They also offered to let me try another style for free. This was actually the second style which I loved more than the G9 (also great, but not as) and G2 (Ok but my least favorite).

Stylish, reliable, comfortable!
Hey there, just wanted to drop some feedback after using the BANIGIPA G3 Bluetooth Headset with Microphone for a couple of weeks. ๐ง First off, the design and build of this headset is just top-notch. It's stylish, comfortable, and the materials used feel really high quality. Now, let's talk about sound quality. It's been exceptional! The highs, mid-ranges, and bass are all crystal clear, and the noise-canceling technology does a fantastic job of blocking out background noise. I can fully immerse myself in my music without any distractions, yet still be aware of my surroundings thanks to the open-ear design. The built-in microphone is a game-changer. It picks up my voice clearly, even in noisy environments. Whether I'm on a call, video chat, or recording audio, the microphone consistently delivers high-quality output. Battery life has been a massive plus, especially with up to 16 hours of use on a single charge. It's come in handy during long commutes and flights. Comfort-wise, this headset is a winner. The lightweight design means I can wear it for hours without feeling weighed down. In conclusion, I'm thoroughly impressed with the BANIGIPA G3 Bluetooth Headset with Microphone. It has truly delivered on its promise of excellent sound quality, comfort, and long battery life. For anyone in need of a reliable and enjoyable listening experience, this headset is an absolute winner. ๐

There is no warranty or service provided
The product quality is very poor and it only worked for four months. There is no warranty or service provided, and Amazon did not mention any warranty details on the invoice.

Very Satisfied
I work from home. 8.5 Hours a day and this would be the 6th Wireless headset I have tried. I must say for the price its really good! โข I have tried Jabra's, Monster, Other Wireless Bluetooth sets (Dual Ear) on here, so far this is the one that stays connected, doesn't hurt the ears, and you don't even know you are wearing it. โข I use a TP Link Dongle for it to connect to my PC. Works perfect. It does notify of "Low Battery" at 20%. The box looked small when I got it but it fits perfect, Seems a tiny bit too big but I have small ears. โข I wanted to see how long the battery lasted so did not turn it off for 10.5 hours the first day, Second day I got 6 hours, so 16 Hours was spot on for battery life. โข It is quite loud, clear and a little sharp, recommended to turn the volume down. โข Time to time there is a little brief .5 of a second static, but my customers & meetings on Teams are very clear and there are no drops. For PC users - It does need to have settings changed under Sound on Windows, because if you use a Desktop Phone, it will stop the sound of every other program while you are on call. Overall very happy. I will update review if something changes. Thank you for a lovely headset!

Does a lot of things right, but lacks durability.
Does a lot of things well, but I've purchased 3 of them so far, because 2 of them broke. I haven't found a better replacement though. This particular model is great for voice calls, meetings on phone or computer. Noise cancellation is effective even when driving, people don't have any issues hearing me despite road noise. Overall, it's a very effective communications headset and for listening to content that isn't music based. YouTube videos and podcasts sound just fine. They're not like ear pods and won't fall out. Where it breaks is where the neck wire meets the right side controller. There are some previous reviews that show it. It's a weak point there and breaks consistently over time, since I've gone through 2 already. Another issue is with the rubber pad at the spot that presses against your face. The warmth of your face will cause the glue to weaken and come off. It's a soft, rubber glue and also, without fail, comes off over time. It's not something you can expect to be durable and last long, but while it works, it does a lot of things right for what it is intended to do. Battery life is also great. Never had an issue getting through a full day of use. I've also purchased the G2, it's mic and noise cancellation is not as good. Audio is a bit better though. I've also purchased the G3 Plus. It gets rid of the rubber pad that presses against your face, but the audio output is not as good as the G3, so if I had to choose, I would still go for the G3 for it's audio/mic performance.
