Why can't I unlock it from outside at all after installation?
What key blank number is used? Can the kwickset keys be used? Can this be rekeyed to match the current dead bolt?
When it's lock, is there a way to lock the inside handle or no?
Is there a trick to making the fingerprint scanner work? I've bought two, and neither one will work for me. Two other people have tried and nothing.
