Awesome setup to get me started
Being new to PC gaming, I wasn't sure what I needed to get going. This setup has been better than I could have imagined and well worth the price. I got it while on sale for less than the machines I was looking at that had 4060s. It has handled COD, Fortnite, and Marvel Rivals with ease. For my needs, this machine should last me a long time and the upgrade paths are very obtainable. Skytech support has been great as well. Had a cable come loose in shipping and I just couldn't see it. Hopped on chat, they had me take a picture and pinpointed the loose cable and everything was fine after that. Highly recommend this setup!

Great Value! Powerful Machine!
This is my second Skytech PC. The first is now used just for gaming and is in mint condition!. I did not have the best experience with the first Rig and was hesitant to purchase again, but they made me an offer I couldn't refuse. So I purchased the Shiva II and It was a completely different experiences. Received all I ordered and this runs like a dream and SUPER Quiet!. It has only been a month and I have added memory and huge external storage. I would recommend this to anyone needing to do development and or video production! Great PC totally made up for my first experience!

Great PC ...On sale
June 2024 update. Everything works fine. Biggest complaint is the case/component LED resets to a purple strobe every time the computer is turned on so I have to hit the LED button to make it a static color. Annoying but it's better than the software that was installed and didn't work except changing my headset color that it wasn't supposed to change. Also why there is a reset PC button is on the top of the case next to the LED is beyond my understanding. I accidentally reboot my computer so much trying to swap LED colors. Good: Very quiet even when gaming. Worked fine right out of the box. Good packing for transport. Branded components (my last skytech pc 4 years ago had some no name cheap stuff.) Clean build, no mess of wires hanging around. Great choice of case, features are nice. Removable front panel for super airflow. no bloatware except RGB controllers. Decent mouse and keyboard included. Really nice pop up dust filter for intake on the front of the PC. BAD: costs too much at retail price. Even at my sale price of $1400 a 4070 is a bit low end for the price point. "made in china smell" for a the first day or so. They did not remove any little plastic peels from the components. Was not expecting this at all. That seriously should have been done during the build. RGB controller program was complicated and changed my Razer headset without my permission....Uninstalled lol. Mouse and keyboard are the same model from 3 years ago with my old PC. Unstable space bar, mushy but still mechanical keys and GOD AWFUL side buttons on the mouse. Really thin, cheap dust filters on top and bottom of PC. They did not include extra SATA cables like my old PC included. I think there should have been at least 32gb of ram for this price. Even though that is overkill unless you are a content creator/artist but still it would be nice to have that room. They put the boot drive as an M.2. I personally would want it on an SSD then use the M.2 to game off of decreasing load/download times. Overall this is a spectacular first gaming PC if you are looking for something future resistant. You shouldn't need to upgrade components for several years. I do recommend this ONLY if you are doing well financially, you catch this PC on sale and dont want to build your own. It is much cheaper to build your own PC and you can get better components on that same budget to have more "bang for your buck." For me, my old skytech PC worked ok enough to warrant me sticking with them for my new PC purchase. WARNING: I absolutely need to add that their customer service is good and god awful. Agents were friendly but that's the end of the good. My old PC completely died 6 days after the warranty ended and I had to work with customer service to get it accepted as a repair return. It was a genuine nightmare getting through troubleshooting, shipping it and getting it back. Took over 2 months to finally get my PC back and I had to take a day off work to sign for it. They tried to say it was lost at one point and I had to threaten legal action. So I will see how this runs. Its been 4 years so I am hoping this better PC is a reflection of positive internal changes in the company.

If you’re wanting to get into pc gaming at a comfortable level, this is it.
My wife and I have been playing with this build for a little over a week now, thanks to shipping making sure it arrived a full 4 days early, thank you guys for that. Going for a 1440p set up and so far this thing has delivered on pretty much every game I’ve thrown at it. Might go ahead and bump that ram up to 32 just to get a bit more out of this rig. Keep in mind this is the one my wife chose to play InZoi and is now being used to play Doom The Dark Ages and it runs amazing. The case and display of the rig itself is simple yet fits in almost any set up. I am honestly satisfied with the build for the price we paid for it as we are not builders ourselves.

Great gaming PC
I bought this PC for myself and a friend, two different orders of course so we can play games together. We've been playing on the highest resolution and all highest settings and have never had one single hiccup or issue, this is a great PC. The only issue I actually did have I might have been plugging into the wrong HDMI port, there's two and I thought one wasn't working but I wasn't plugging into the graphics card one so make sure you don't make that mistake. Other than that it's a great PC, I'm not too sure about upgrade ability, I still need to see if there's another m.2 slot for another SSD. One terabyte is okay but with how large games are and nowadays you're definitely going to need another M.2 installed. Anyways, good PC definitely worth the buy!

Dead on arrival
Computer appears to turn on -- lights go on, the fan goes on, etc. But it absolutely will not deliver any output whatsoever to the monitor. I tried three different (working!) monitors, all the different monitor outputs (on both the graphics card and the motherboard), with various cords, both hdmi and displayport. Nada. This simply does not work.

Last time I had issues with the pc i emailed the builder and he helped my trouble shoot my pc and figured it was a ram piece and i replaced it and I gotta say the 8gbs of ram sucked for a while before i upgraded it to a 32gb of ram and had a noticeable improvement for all my games funny enough that hearts of iron 4 was making my cpu have a high performance rate and it crashed my game lol but I will say every game I got either run at 50% graphics to performance and the easiest game it’ll run would be my war thunder making it so pretty looking every game I had so far is great the frames are great and the cool temperature along with a long time of gaming on it barely did anything to the temp
