We recently hosted a dinner for prom & used both the full sized and salad sized plates. They definitely brought the table ware to a new level. The kids loved it & they held up really well. My only complaint is quite a few of the plates came with cracks in them so we were unable to use them. Luckily I ordered extra. The salad plates were shipped in an envelope which I am sure contributed to the cracks. The dinner plates came in a box and only a few of them had cracks.I thought we'd be able to use them again because of how durable and nice they are, but when we washed them after the dinner, the silver came off around the edges.I would still order them again. They really added some elegance to our outdoor dinner.

They helped set the mood I wanted. I bought them for small desserts and appetizers I set up for a holiday cocktail party I had. You can see them to the right on the dessert table I posted. The other pick doesn’t show them but just wanted to show what type of food I used them for. I read that some people hated how they showed up broken. They are thin so I can see if UPS throws the box around how they may break. But I only had the top plate show up with a crack in the center. I still was able to use that plate. And for the price you can’t complain for what you get. I’m very picky but I will be buying them again for sure!

Always love dealing with Amazon. I ordered these same plaits from a different site last year for a 50 the anniversary for my Aunt and uncle,my daughter lived them and wanted them for her wedding reception so I found them here for a better price. The only thing I did not care for was they were not as bright of gold trim as the first ones I orderedI will have to make Sure not to put them on the same tabels as it is very noticeable when put together, when you reorder make sure you are useing the same seller as before. The are very elegant looking and with catefull care can be reused, but won't break your bank to throw them out. All and all a great buy.

Hello Anthony I'm writing this review in regards to the plates that I ordered I absolutely love them I have not used them because my event has not happened yet but the quality and the look of the plates are absolutely gorgeous and I like them so much that are ordered them again and if I don't have quite enough I will order them again because I love them so, especially like the fact that none arrived cracked or broken so I did not have to go through the hassle of returning and reordering and all of that so I absolutely love them thanks so much for your product and I look forward to doing business with you again soon have a great day

I ordered these plates for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Thankfully, I read earlier reviews that mentioned it would be a good idea to order extra due to the fact that they had received several that were cracked and unusable. They are beautiful plates and are strong enough to be very functional for a nice dinner. They make a beautiful place setting possible on a budget. The only problem with these plates is the packaging. I ordered two packages of 50 along with napkins and gold disposable forks, spoons and knives (which looked beautiful together). Unfortunately, they were just thrown in a box together with no padding of any kind and the first 10 plates in one of the packages were cracked and unusable as well as several of the plastic spoons and forks. I basically had to order an additional 50 plates to ensure having the 50 plates I needed for our rehearsal dinner. Amazon needs to do a more careful job packaging these.

Most elegant, affordable, and durable disposable plates I have ever used. Hosting large Parties and gathering are very enjoyable but the cleanup can turn to a nightmare. I enjoy serving my guests in elegant China but sometimes the time to clean up dishes and being scared to damage the good China keeps me away from using them in large parties I host. These plates satisfy all my needs, looks elegant and feels as sturdy as a real China and best of all cleanup takes a minutes so no more excuses. I am very happy I found these and got many compliments from my guests so will definitely recommend and will repurchase in the future.

We provided dinner to 18 college students. We used these bowls for hot soup, (they held up very well) along with solid white heavy plastic disposable plates. They matched the silver plastic utensils beautifully. The table looked so great and clean up was soooo easy as a result.

I purchased these white plates with silver edge trim for a shower I am giving. I'm very pleased with them! They are just the right look for what I wanted--a special occasion which called for something other than a paper plate. My order arrived in two boxes. The one box came with everything inside in perfect condition. The second box had one package with three slightly cracked plates and some dust on the cracked plates and on the plates stacked on top and below the cracked plates. I washed and dried all the plated by hand, but I would have done that regardless. I ordered the small salad plates as well as the dinner plates and none of these were cracked.
