Housing and key: high temperature, UL 94 V-0 rated Contact: copper alloy, gold plated on contact area, tin-lead on solder area Shield: copper alloy, nickel plated The plug is assembled in this order: Slide the collar onto your cable Solder the wires to the HDMI Inset Hot melt the inset to the clamshell lower half Attach the two clamshell halves Screw the collar to the clamshell The plug is suitable for standard HMDI cables upto 8.5mm diameter
