I got the 3XT. I'm 6'3" and was 270 pounds when I bought it. It wasn't too tight around my belly. It is too long for my height but that's butter than plumber's crack when I play pickleball. It's breathable, but less light than I would like. The Adidas stripes are a very heavy material. I don't notice it once I start playing though. The seams inside are not rough, which is really important to me.
