Save the environment
I am buying these to save the environment... I used to use femfresh or something similar... but if you flush them they go straight into the sea and last for ever.(.as do babywipes).These softlets are cotton and although not quite so user friendly, they completely disintegrate after flushing (into natural fibres).Hygenic to use...Good luck with your sales !!

Frustrating annoying trying to remove one wipe from the pack
Horrible! Horrendous to get one wipe from the pack. They are larger than the more expensive Andrex wipes but they don’t dispense from the packet like Andrex.

Need to rethink the packaging
The tissue is nice and moist but the packet makes it very difficult to get them out in a single sheet. The hole is really small as is the resealable strip. I imagine that they keep the hole small in an effort to keep in the moisture but if you can't get them out of the packet very easily then this is obviously not a practical solution. Both the opening and resealable strip are inadequate and let this product down.
