How thick is the blade?

Thick enough to trowel away in any Anglo-Saxon wet or dry dig, not too much to give away the good feeling you need with the more delicate strata. It's agood buy for any entry-level archaeologist, amateur or pro. It served me well, I would go for it again.

I want a very small pointing trowel with a blade that is diamond shaped and only 7 cms long and less than 1 mm thick. Any ideas.

You should be OK with this one. The diamond is one of the smallest found. Thickness.. it may be a bit thicker than 1mm toward the base/handle.

What are the measurements of the blade.

Workable blade length 80mm by 45mm tapering to 5mm. Great little pointing trowel.
