These fun, colorful, magnetic figures represent many professions that you see in your neighborhood, allowing children's imaginations to soar. They can make believe they are a police officer, refuse worker, server, construction worker and more. Just think of all the scenarios they can dream up! The colors are bright and invite hands on play. The figures head and limbs are movable, allowing them to be posed in many ways. They are about 3in, making it safe for younger children to play too. Adult supervision should still be provided, as there are magnets in these figures. They work well with the magnet tiles and magnet cubes that my kids have, and they've spent countless hours (screen free) in imaginative play. These would make a great gift for anyone who has one works with kids.

This is a nice set of magnetic “community” figures, with quite a variety of occupations represented. I was happy to find some people figures that were larger than “lego size” pieces, so that my younger children could also enjoy playing with them.The magnet in these is not very strong, but they are able to stand along the edges of the magnetic tiles (where the magnets are located). My kids also enjoyed having them “climb” on our magnetic whiteboard, and were amused by the fact that they could stand sideways along the board. Also, the head, arms, and legs are all moveable, so the kids can maneuver the figures to their liking.Overall, these are a great purchase for home or a learning environment, and seem to be more durable than other toys of a similar nature. I love that I can incorporate them into our (kindergarten) class unit for “community helpers” as well, so they can be used for both fun and educational purposes.

Super cute set and my 3 year old granddaughter loves them. Heck, I do too. Fun to build with and the bright colors are a nice touch. Good price and highly durable.

Great size for these figures , we were expecting them to be a bit smaller but exceeded our expectations. Perfect size for our toddler and 5 year old. Great size for regular play or to place them in larger places. Really love the variety of not just workers that are regulary talked about but even added a sport in it. Very well made , love the variety of both female and male, characters, uniforms and faces. They are able to hold on to things since they are magnetic , it only has it on the heel but its strong and able to hold and secure in the way it was placed.

They stick better to some parts of some magnet toys than other. But if you find the right spot, they do adhere well. That might be a bit frustrating to a child just looking for a fun playtime, however.But about 40% of these figures had very sharp corners on the feet, to the point we worried about injuries to the child playing with them.It also wasn't clear what some of the figures were supposed to represent, like a pirate wearing a ref's uniform or was it maybe a referee wearing a pirate's skull and crossbones for some reason? About 4/20 of the figures were confusing like that.And they were indeed bigger than most competitor's toys, as advertised. Not sure if that is a positive or not, to be honest, as I'm holding off on letting a kid play with these toys until I dull the sharpest corners to avoid them cutting themselves.

I gifted this to my nephew who has autism this Christmas. When I say he engaged and built and built and built it's an understatement! It filled my heart with so much joy to see him enjoy using these magnetic blocks.
