We like it!
I recently purchased the Picnic Table Bench Set for my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with my decision! The delivery was impressively fast, and the set arrived in perfect condition, with no damages whatsoever. The 70.5" acacia wood table is not only beautiful but also incredibly sturdy, with a heavy-duty metal frame that supports up to 1600 lbs. This makes it perfect for family gatherings or summer barbecues with friends. The design is practical, featuring a 2" umbrella hole, which is a great addition for those sunny days, allowing us to enjoy our meals in the shade. The set comfortably seats 6 to 8 people, making it ideal for entertaining. I appreciate the attention to detail and the patented features that enhance its durability and functionality. Overall, this picnic table bench set is a fantastic investment for anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. I highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys outdoor dining and entertaining!

The wood looks nice laying flat on my new deck but tough to sit on………….UPDATED Very nice table!
It did arrive and was easy to put together once you “get into the flow” of the directions style. Very happy with the purchase. One wood bracket was to be sent as it cracked when tightening. I did not bear down on the allen wrench when tightening it, so not sure why. The wood is very nice looking. The table sits 6 to 8 people of different sizes. I imagine I will put a urethane coat on next spring just to be safe but it held up very well in a recent family reunion.

Giantex Manufacturing Is Terrible - Tables Should Never Have Been Sold
THESE TABLES SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEE SOLD!!! DO NOT BUY THEM!!!My photos of the Giantex Picnic Tables show the large amount of stripped screw holes that my tables have. These are just 4 of the 6 tables that I bought from Amazon and all 6 tables have the large amount of stripped and non grabbing screw holes. Out of 83 underside frame screw holes that each table has, almost 50% are stripped on all tables -- and this includes the the edge framing built and screwed in by the manufacturer, Giantex. My Table 1 has 44 stripped screw holes, Table 2 has 38 stripped screw holes, Table 3 has 41 stripped screw holes, and Table 4 has 34 stripped screw holes. Table 5 and 6 fall within these numbers of stripped screw holes as well.As I see it, the countersunk screw holes on the user attached framing boards were not cut deep enough at the factory. The result is that the screws never grab the table top boards they are supposed to firmly attach to. The screw just spins in the holes which makes for a very unstable table top. The 3 table top boards are only held on by a couple of screws in each of the underside frames. Also, the same loose stripped screws are found on the factory built edge framing. Poor Quality Control to say the least. It is no wonder that many people have reported that the tables do not last outdoors due to warping of the frame edges, table tops, and bench seat boards. Water and moisture get into the table and start warping and separating the frame. Same goes for the contraction and expansion of the tables from cold to hot outdoor temperatures and vice versa. Melting snow will definitely penetrate these tables and warp them due to the loose and stripped screws on the frames. These tables only have a 30 day return policy which is baloney. Our tables were bought for a community park and sat in the cartons for a couple of months till the park was ready for them to be installed. When we started building these tables -- by licensed contractors no less -- they were all found to be defective. Now what? Who is responsible? It seems like Amazon won't stand behind selling these defective tables. So, will the manufacturer located over in the Philippines take responsibility?

Nice Picnic table
This table is well made. It's not hard to put together, except don't tighten any bolts until completely done. It's not too heavy and it's easy to move. I like it. The size is perfect for small Spaces. Convenient and portable anywhere makes it a great asset for any family gathering or camping.

Slick, clean, strong and durable
Throw a coat of water proofing on it and it's good to go. Table is light but built strong enough to hold up like it should. Table is solid, stylish, and priced right.

It Looks Good, But...
As others have said, it looks good. That's about all that I like about the table. The wood is not a hardwood as the screws strip in the wood easily. The assembly instructions could be clearer for placement of the legs and which leg goes where and the correct direction. I would recommend using a waterproof glue where you assemble wood pieces together, but not before dry fitting and being sure each piece is in the correct place. The wood top and bench is about 1/2" thick but looks thicker due to doubling up on edges to make it look thicker. When sitting on the bench, it creeks, suggesting that the connections aren't tight. The supplied allen wrenches are complete garbage and strip out easily. I had to use pliers on the bolt heads to tighten because the screw heads and allen wrenches were stripped out. It table is made in Viet Nam and the quality is typical of Chinese stuff. I hope this lasts for a couple years then I'll buy a better quality patio set. But... from afar, it does look good.Edit 1 month in: The table was outdoors and the rain washed off some of the stain, making it a lighter color. Also, wiping the table with a damp cloth caused the stain to come off. The creaking was terrible until I flipped the table over and disassembled most of it. I applied a construction adhesive and reattached the pieces. This helps because many of the screws were stripped. This eliminated the creaking. I then applied a stain and three coats of of a good exterior polyurethane. It looks beautiful but it is still cheaply made. The biggest thing that upsets me is that the pictures are misleading. The table material is thin and doubled up on the edges to make it look thicker. It's rather deceptive. No matter what kind of wood they call it, it is a soft wood like pine - it just looks better than pine.
