I love this thing. I've shot a few short films with it and the rich full color it offers. Very bright, lights up a room well especially when diffused. Easy to use, quality lighting for a lot of purposes.

This light has amazing value for the price, and it really gets the job done.

Pros:1.its a really lightweight light compared to my 600 godox Knowled light,2.its really bright simple shoots or a quick set up for easy projects3.The app is a little tricky at first but once you get it, its so easy4.Love the amount of colors that come out of this light'Cons:1. The Cord is REALLY REALLY SHORT! , YOU WILL NEED A EXTENSION CORD!2. THE CASE IS TRASH!3. THE KNOBS ON THE BACK FEEL KINDA CHEAPMY ISSUE:For some reason i got some dead pixels on the back of the L.e.d. screen when i turned it on straight out of the box,

The media could not be loaded. The light didn’t work and had dead pixels on the screen where the temp should be. The screen powers on but the light itself never shined. Returning this cheap junk and going with another light or brand . This costs waaaay too much to be this cheaply made and mostly plastic.

This light works well, reasonable light output for the power rating. The color options are great, easy to tune and very saturated when you need it. The lightstand mount works well and even though plastic, feels robust. My only complaint is the case, the high density foam is light but prone to damage from impact or scraping.

This is my third Amaran light. The first two are white LED studio lights. I wanted another that was capable of RGB. This one does not disappoint!The light connects seamlessly with the app so that you can control all of your Amaran lights at the same time and choose different themes, if you'd like. To choose colors, you need the app as there is no control for that on the light itself. You can adjust the intensity and temperature on the light and also in the app.The control knobs are very easy to manipulate to get the perfect intensity. This light can light up the night! But also dim down to give you just a bit of light. It's amazing to watch it happen.Build quality is excellent and the light is very sturdy. I love having all the colors at my fingertips when I'm doing photography or videography.
