The item came full size and works well for hip thrust with ideal support and cushioning. The straps ensure it stayed in place and did not shift. The overall durability is great as it remained the same cushion without deformation from weight.

Perfect. Stiff enough to still maintain good balance and support, soft enough to ease the weight of the bar on your shoulders. Medium/high density id say, not like a pillow. More like a stiffly cushioned couch. The foam pad seems like its quality material and decent grip.Its versatile as you can use it for benchpress as well, as a precautionary measure in case you drop the bar on your chest or need to rest it on yourself. Without this it can be straight up dangerous without a spotter.The pad has a slot to easily install on the bar and two nice velcro straps with what seem like stainless steel loops for the straps.Matches my green bar too which is kind of cool.

My gym doesn’t have a foam neck cushion for their squat bars so I needed one. This is perfect, fits in my gym bag so I can keep it with me, comfortable and stable on the bar. Just the right amount of padding that’s appropriate for the bar. Good value.

I bought this barbell pad for my hip thrusts and squats, and I absolutely love it. The bar used to put a lot of pressure on my neck and hips, but now my workouts are much more comfortable thanks to the thick padding. It’s also very lightweight, easy to carry in my gym bag, and takes just seconds to attach with the straps that keep it securely in place on the bar. It has made a huge difference in my workouts.

Bought to use in our “home gym.” It does the job. The camo is a nice touch. Provides nice padding for squats & hip thrust. It does spin so you have to be careful that the opening is at the top, or the bar will push out and not provided cushion. Good, appropriate price. Has a smell though, hoping it will go away eventually.

Boy have I been missing out on comfort. Have been using a towel on my hips for hip thrusts and that’s old news now. Comes with Velcro straps to secure it to your bar so it’s easy to slide and turn around to get it to where you need it and easy to transfer from one bar to the next. Thick foam and plenty of length to make sure you have a sturdy base so the bar isn’t flopping all over while you are moving. Also it comes in purple so it’s an automatic 5 star lol

Funktioniert top. Hab mir den Poster bestellt da ich mit Restistance Bändern trainiere und ab einer gewissen Stärke die Stange im Nacken/ Schulterbereich echt schmerzhaft war. Polsterung und Verarbeitung alles so wie es sein sollte und keine Schmerzen mehr beim Training

El color es menos chillón que el de la imagen pero está súper lindo. Es resistente y de buena calidad, y si vienen las blanditas para que no se abra. Lo recomiendo.
