Sturdy construction, work for purpose of strengthening grip.
Item arrived timely and is as described. Seems to be sturdy enough. Have 5 different sizes now. They do work. Started with three to work the progression. Use no more than every 3 days because tendons aren't muscles and take much longer to respond to progressive overload.
