I have had several of these units over the past 10 years
For approximately ten years, I have had 3 of these units, and they have all worked great with the App that comes with the unit. Initially, I monitored my wife's O2 during the night. She was in a hospital bed in our living room. With the App, I could automatically monitor that she was getting the right amount of O2 from her O2 Concentrator (she would often take her mask off during the night without knowing she did it). The App can have alarms set for both O2 level and pulse rate, which will wake you up! The unit will gather data all night (12+ hours). You can also "share" the printout in PDF format via e-mail with your Doctor or yourself with just a few keystrokes on your smartphone. Why three units? The unit holds up reasonably well if you drop it but not so well if you accidentally slam it into a doorjam. Their technical support has been excellent, even when I couldn't get the desired results because I needed more app information. I have also had one unit replaced under warranty.

Works as advertised, accurate.
Purchased this for a replacement for the same unit that was about 4 years old and had finally given up. Not much has changed since my original purchase. The app connects easily and keeps a good history. The unit fits snugly on my index finger and doesn't interfere with sleep. The vibration and audio alarm (set in the app) are great if your stats get too low. The unit needs to be charged daily and the unit only holds four sessions so you have to connect it to the app to download the data.

False advertising!
It says the app is included but the directions said for maximum care you need to pay 19.99 a year. If I open the app I’ll be charged $19.99 on Apple. This is false advertising. They don’t even give you a phone number to ask questions. How can anyone give it 5 stars????? I give it a zero for false advertising.

Is it accurate?
I do love that this is wearable. I like that it doesnt go on your fingertip and its easy to monitor your blood O2 level for a long period of time. If you wear it on your non-dominate hand, it doesnt bother you or get in the way as much. However, I am wondering about the accuracy. I have another pulse oximeter(fingertip type) that gives me a different reading. This one gives me a lower blood oxygen than the finger tip one does. I got it to moniter my blood oxygen so I need that to be accurate and this is often saying Im too low compared to the fingertip one. Right now, it says Im at 87, my fingertip one says 92. Thats a big difference, rather critical as far as Im concerned. I just realized this problem with it, does that mean its defective or what?

Works well but band gets loose fast
For the value and cost of this item, I would rate this as overall good and not terrible. I like the fact that it accurately measures my heart rate and oxygen through the night. I compared the results to other pulse oximeter and got the same result. The battery life and quality is also good, I can go a few days without charging it. I often time check the numbers throughout the night to confirm it is still working and the brightness on the monitor is not too bright or dim where you don’t hurt your eyes. The one main thing I don’t like is the band that seems to become too stretchy over each use.

Takes a minute to get going
Perfect for my room to room O2 checks!

Very accurate reading. Excellent for people who have breathing problems.
This oximeter is a godsend for getting a reading on people with poor circulation or cold fingers. I have 2. I keep one at home to use on my husband who has COPD and a-fib and very poor circulation on his finger tips to effectively monitor his status. I use the other at work where as a nurse in a long term care facility.

Works well, easy, stays on at night
Bought to track oxygen and pulse overnight when using CPAP and not. Easy to use and wear while sleeping. Occasionally lightly catches on covers if moving around and lights up a little (I think when moving). App easy and clear.
