These are great. However 2 of the sticks are SOOOOO long they don't fit into any heater so I can't really use them

Best bang for buck
I have a set of traditional rattan sticks, but these are superior by far. Smoothness, weight and the fact that it hold heat so well makes it all worth it

Nice quality set of Gua Sha massage tools
I’ve had a Gua Sha massage done at a local acupuncture center and I loved it. I had tight muscles and old scar tissue that seemed to just melt away after a few appointments. I knew I had to have a set of these tools for myself. Some are easier to use on myself on certain body areas and others I need some help from hubs. Overall, it’s the best tool set for self massage I’ve ever used. The tools are nice bamboo and all smooth edges, it’s easy to wipe clean as well. It storage away in a bag when not in use but I like to have some of the smaller ones out for when I finish my daily workout.

Quality Set Ready for Gifting
This is a really nice set of bamboo massagers that are ready for gifting! The sticks are beautifully shaped & polished, & come in their own storage sack, giving the whole set a quality feel. Included in this set are 10 sticks of various lengths & girths, providing you with massagers that will work for all areas of the body. The larger sticks are great for body parts, such as legs, while the shorter sticks work well for small crevices, such as neck to shoulder. The sticks are easy to hold and manipulate across the body, although depending on where a massage is needed, using these may be a two person job.

True Bamboo?
I purchased these to test them out. I am a LMT and these never got warm. They are smooth and look well made however they never heated up so I returned them. You could still use them for Myofacial release but I wouldn’t recommend them for professionals or maybe I got a bad set. They also didn’t come with instructions.
