Just Perfect!
Bought this for my recording studio and does the job perfectly. I use it for voiceover work and what I love about it is the fact that your mic will fit from either the back or underneath to suit your microphone.

Impressive piece of equipment to up your audio game.
Arrived in a well-branded box with everything you see advertised all individually wrapped inside, as well as an instruction manual, very professional stuff.Unfortunately, the only microphone I have (Hyper X quad cast s) is not compatible with being mounted in this booth as the shock mount is in the way, and the microphone itself is too large to be placed inside the chamber. However I can still place it over the top and use it in a way, is not a snug fit as I have to hold it in place, and there are a few gaps where outside noise can enter. While like this, I do notice an improvement in quality when recording, there is less background noise and I notice how my voice is more confined and condensed when being captured in recording, so it does work well.Since my microphone already has a built-in filter, it is a little overkill to be using this, however, the quality is great, but if you are using a more sensitive microphone and need a boost in audio quality and need to drown out other noises, this may be your answer. It is pricey for what it is, but an investment, seeing as it is perfect for voice-overs, voice-acting, voice-work, podcasts, and calls if you don't mind the size of this thing.I should add that this will not solve your audio problems, having the right surrounding setup (acoustic wall panels for example) is key to getting the most out of this.

A simple way to improve home podcasting
I really wasn't sure what to make of this at first but can now absolutely see the value of this piece of kit. The nicely branded box basically contains a large foam dome with one opening to insert a mic and another larger hole which is covered by the red branded pop shield. There are some foam inserts to adapt to various mics and you also have the option to set it up for side or top address mics. There's also a mic stand would you need it. I set this up with a Yeti Blue mic which is the perfect size for very easy set up and no adaptors or mic stand required. When podcasting from home, I have to battle with a small room whose hard surfaces like to cause acoustic problems. I have some panelling on the walls to reduce the reverberations but I was really impressed with how the Simplurfi helped isolate the sound, and keep it focussed even more on my voice. I can see how this would be a really easy way to ensure better recording when having to work in different locations where you don't have control of the environment.
