Practically the same as 6637.
It's a filter, seems to be filtering the air. It is a crap ton cheaper than the Napa 6637 filter or any other I could find. I do have a sock over mine as well.

This filter is great came fast in the mail not damaged fits perfect for 94-01 2nd gen dodge Cummins perfect for price and size super satisfied if your looking for a filter this is the way to go

Fits 4" tube!
Fits the 4" tube on my 7.3. Added a cover as you can see. Both together seem to work well. Recommended for 4" intakes on the 7.3. Same size as the afe I removed.
