Very nice book. Bought two

I really enjoyed this, it got me back on track of trying to be more positive. I do wish it had more space to write when you have those special days you want to add more. Even if it had just some extra blink lined pages in the back of the book for those days you want to write more might be good. I love all the prompts, except sometimes the one that says, How could I have made today better is a hard one to answer. I already dwell too much on what I don’t do right. However, it’s probably best it is there so I can reflect and make changes that I might not have thought about otherwise.

I love how it comes in many different colors and how it gives you affirmations everyday so you can boost your confidence.

I absolutely love my gratitude journal. This is perfect for allowing me to reflect on big and small things every day. I think this is also something nice to give as gifts to family and friends. The book has a strong hardcover. The pages are nice and thick and the colors are quite nice.
