Plugged and non-functional
I do not care that the print heads are used. But the ports are plugged, and the ink will not print. Before I try to print, I always take a syringe and push some head cleaner into each of the six colors. If all six do not spay the cleaner, then the head is useless. If the cleaner leaks above the rubber gasket and there are no ink sprays, then the head is ineffective. All five heads from this vendor were plugged, and the five were useless. I learned to test the heads before the return period expires.

DO NOT PUT THESE IN YOUR PRINTER! IT WILL KILL YOUR MOTHERBOARD!
DTF Printer Tech here. Not only was this a USED print head, but it was also absolutely filthy. I don't even know what was in it, but it looked like straight dirt! I'm glad I was using this for training purposes and not in an actual printer. This would've killed a mother board immediately! DO NOT BUY THESE FOR USE IN PRINTERS!

Does not work.
Did not work. It only printed 1 color. Cyan. I spent hours trying to get the 6 colors to print and they wouldn’t.

This has been used.
I have not installed it yet. Just took it out of the box a few minutes ago. Had to clean black ink off of it. I will try and install it today and see if it works. Looking at the reviews it’s probably not going to be a good purchase.

Print heads failed from installation
I bought 2 print heads and both failed right out of the box. Obviously, now outside the return window but frustrating that they were both bad from the beginning. I’d suggest finding another place.

Delivered used printer head!!!!!!
This item was delivered to me used. The description did not state that you are buying a used refurbished printer head. I will be sending this item back for a refund.

Do not buy
Definitely sent a used printhead that now has ruined my printer because it leaks on one channel and very clogged on another.
