How do i know which two wires i connect this to?** A: The way I did it, with a circuit tester, and check one wire at the time on my 93 s10 **Q: Can you use double sided tape to mount them or do they get too hot for that?** A: They get pretty hot. They'd probably melt most tapes or glues. Maybe super glue would work. But best option may be to use screws or bolts of some kind. I used the “connectors” they included but found after a few weeks I was getting hyper flash on both turn signals, so I pulled those connectors out and just did the old fashioned “wiring it together” and no more problems . That being said, I am aware that not all these resistors work on all vehicles, or lights for that matter. My advice would be contacting the company you ordered them from and ask if the resistors you have are the correct ones for your Ram. If not maybe they can advise you. These replaced some older resistors that had corroded over time and worked perfectly,..if you have installed LED taillights and now have fast blinkers you need to install these to regulate the voltage.
