Bought pair on Feb but had problems from day 1 - left bud kept loosing connectivity and couldn't go far without also interrupting connectivity. It was so frustrating I couldn't use them proper to listen to my favourite music. Got in touch with soumdcore customer service and upon brief description they've sent me another set. This set works perfectly. Never lost a connection so music never got interrupted. Range on them is amazing - I can leave phone upstairs and do my chords around the house. Battery is also great - I think I've only charged them a couple of times since got new set. Overall I was looking for a decent set on a budget (my old Xiaomi's case had damaged charging port so had to bin it) and after quick research decided to go for soundcore - and I'm glad I did.Again for the price I doubt there's anything else that comes close to these buds

I never really leave reviews on products but this one I had too. As long as these are for sale, I will never buy any other earphones then these.I bought these on 22nd March 2024 and used them literally every day since then and they are still working perfectly, battery is still lasting ages. I’ve accidentally left them in my work trousers which have gone into the washing machine twice but they still work perfectly.Fits in ear comfortably, quick charge time, and easy to connect. My relative has AirPods and we compared the sound and it’s basically the same. And for the price, honestly it’s incredible all round.

The Anker Soundcore P20i earbuds offer great value for the price. The bass is punchy, the sound is full, and they’re perfect for casual listening, especially for genres like pop and EDM. You also get custom EQ options through the Soundcore app, which is a nice bonus.The battery life is excellent — around 10 hours per charge, with an extra 20 from the case. They’re also super lightweight and IPX5 water-resistant, making them great for workouts or commuting.However, the microphone quality isn’t the best. It works for basic calls, but the other person might hear background noise or say you sound a bit muffled. These earphones are great, I bought them just to wear around the house and going out for walks as my normal over ear headphones are too warm at the moment and I'm thoroughly impressed! The sound quality is great and I don't have to turn them up too loud to be able to hear every instrument as I've had to in the past.They come with different sizes of earbud which is great for me as I often find other in ear headphones don't fit me well and are uncomfortable so having the different options was great!They arrived well charged but if you want to use them soon after getting them, make sure to open up the case and remove the stickers from the earphones so they connect to the charging points!

Already have these in pink, now bought baby blue for my son. The sound quality on these are really good and I found them better than samsung ones. You don't really need to download the app unless you want to adust the base etc. The dog managed to get one however they're made so well it didn't break. Well worth the value and don't waste on branded ones.

My £200 AirPods finally died a death after 2 years with the left pod only letting out treble but no base. That shouldn’t happen when you’ve paid £200 and have really looked after them.These Anker Soundcore ear pods sound pretty decent tbh and for £15 are an absolute steal. If they break after 6 months who cares just my another pair. Good base which can also be increased via the app👍👏

Multiple 5 stars on this for a reason - I had apple headphones, that would last a very short amount of time before charge. I received these, I haven’t charged them at ALL yet and I’ve used them for 5 days! The sound quality is so good, the case feels a little flimsy but I don’t really care, the price is fantastic for what you get. It’s a no brainer with these

I decided to give True Wireless Earbuds another go after a poor experience a few years ago and chose Soundcore as I have bought several Anker/Soundcore products over the last few years and always enjoyed using them.I chose the P20i's as I just wanted some basic ones to have a go with. Initially I liked these, but as time went on they seemed to get quieter and not fit so well, and one earbud seemed to be quieter than that other which seemed impossible to resolve despite whatever I tried (including buying memory foam earbuds). After my initial balanced review on here I was messaged by Anker offering a full refund which I was surprised at and certainly wasn't expecting or asking for, but I decided to accept the offer as I wondered if the earphones might have been failing. A subsequent follow up message however seemed to then ask me to troubleshoot instead and implied that the issue might be due to my negligence.Looking at many of the other reviews these seem to be built to a price and reliability seems to be middling, so I was slightly offended that I was offered a refund only to then be asked to check that the fault wasn't due to me or my devices. A subsequent message informing me that a refund will be processed has now been sent, but my opinion of the Soundcore brand has been tainted somewhat by the way this has been handled and I won't be considering Soundcore again in the future as a result. The earphones are going to the charity shop.
