This is a good vest, and excellent for the price. That being said, the leather is stiff, it would do you good to sleep in it for a couple of weeks to let it conform to your body. Put your patches on it, first, or you'll be attaching them to a wrinkled jacket. This is "genuine leather", which is actually the lowest quality cut of leather before it becomes patchwork. But it's still the highest quality vest you will find before getting into any named animal hides. I am 245 lbs at 5'11", I ordered the 3XL on the assumption it would run small. Even with a hoodie, it's a little large, but if you plan on hiding a gun or a flask in the concealed carry pockets, you might appreciate the extra room. If I were to order it again, I'd go with the 2XL because it's still a little baggy around the waist and shoulder blades. This size is perfect for summer in the South, I'll get plenty of wind. It's black leather, the image looks a little burgundy on my phone. The red thread stitching definitely pops, good for Bandidos or any other MC that uses red in their rockers. I don't expect this to stay pristine through the summer. It's gonna scuff the first time I scrape against a door or twist my ankle on a patch of gravel. But I would recommend this to anyone for their first cut.

I went with the crocodile black 2X, it fits perfectly and the design love it. For conceal carry it works pretty damn well from full size (barely see it) to compact (doesn’t show). Like all vest u find the one for u the only con I have w this is the collar super close to my neck it’s not super snug it’s just the feeling of something there and yea to each there own.

This is a very high quality vest and leather for the money. It appears and feels to be very sturdy with good seems and a solid zipper with buttons. I must admit that I am a bit surprised of the quality and value considering there are other vests with much higher price tags. Some have commented on sizing And here is my opinion. I am a little over six foot and a hundred and ninety pounds. I ordered a large and felt that it was way too big. I purchased a medium and then submitted for a refund on the large. everything went just fine and it was free to do, possibly because I am a Prime member. either way, when the medium arrived it was a bit snug in the chest and the waist. The length was just fine. I looked back at the sizing chart and you will notice that in between the medium range and the large range there are a couple of inches that don't fall into either size. I Must Fall Right in that bucket because the large was too big and the medium was just barely too small. In fact, it wasn't so small that I wanted to return it because honestly the quality for the money is really good, so instead I used my kitchen faucet with warm water and dampened everything from the chest down on the outside only and then I stuffed at with a sleeping bag for one day. It fits perfectly now. Yes, it took a little bit of work but again for the value it was worth it. The only drawback that I cannot change is that the armholes, even on the medium, seem to be bigger than they need to be, but not obnoxiously so. The leather is thick, not thin and flimsy. All in all, I recommend this vest.

While this looks good and is constructed well, it is stiff. Sits on you like cardboard. I took a blow dryer to it to soften it, then worked leather conditioner (Loop West) into it. It helped a lot but still stiff, hopefully it will break in quickly. The fit is perfect and it has take up straps on the waist to tighten if you'd like. It has a pad to protect your back. The zipper works nicely and it can be worn with just buttons and no zipper for more airflow. Over all if it was softer, I'd give it 5 stars.

This vest is really Nice. Sizing is good. BUT Not what I was expecting or hoping for though Being CowHide leather. Its really Light weight and thin. I have another Cowhide vest and its a heavier leather. Yes the vest is nice BUT feels Very fake and cheap. Sadly would Not be able to recomend to anyone buying this. And the material in the conceal pockets is gross feels cheap as well and I dont trust to use them afraid they will fall apart with use.

I was reluctant to buy a lesser cost vest, but I have worn this on two rides so far and I really like it...! It fits true to size and keeps my torso warm on chilly mornings and evenings. I will be adding our club patches onto it soon now that I know this works for me. FYI: our club is the Elks Riders... with the BPOE Elks organization. If you are an Elks member look it up on the net and talk to your lodge about starting your own lodge Riders group... Charity, Justice, Brotherly Love, and Fidelity...!!! :O)

Wore this for the first time on my ride today and it was great. Fit good and kept me nice and warm, especially since it is January. Now I'm in Texas and it was 60f out but my core stayed nice and warm the whole time. It looks good when you're wearing it and the fit is adjustable by the waist strap on each side. I didn't carry but if you wanted to the concealed pockets are suitable for more pistols unless you're trying to take a cannon out with you.
