Yes a 13 inch gpu will fit. Antec website states max gpu is 375mm or 14.76 inches.

Will this support an eatx mobo of 305mm (length) x 277mm (width)?

It might, but my mobo is 30.5cm x 24.4cm, and it is a little tight of a fit. If you really wanna go EATX, I might suggest a different case. I have maybe a cm of room, before it hits the lip of the mobo tray.

What Argb fans do I buy that can connect with the included hub with the dp503 as the hub is 3 pin only?

if you get Antec fans they won't sink with the led light that come with the case because there only 12 light in them and all the other one come with 18 led. I got a hole new pack of the antec fan of 6. All antec fan come with the 3 pin hope that help.
