I drink this before I go to sleep and this tea tastes so nice. I must say, that my bowels are more loose. It doesn't make me feel nauseous, you do need to drink after a while which is just fine for me. I did notice that my belly went down a lot from swollen. If it doesn't do this, it surely is a great buy. You can taste the fruits and roots.
