It does. FODMAP stands for Fermentable Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides, Monosaccharides, and Polyols, which are short chain carbohydrates and sugar alcohols that are poorly absorbed by the body. If you suffer from IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) I suggest that you check all the ingredients in this excellent and not too hot curry powder as it is made with nearly thirty different ingredients. As regards allergens it contains Ground Mustard and Ground Celery.
