Even though it’s labeled as Watermelon, the flavor reminds me more of tamarind, which I actually enjoy even more. It’s refreshing, not overly sweet, and easy to drink throughout my workout. I train fasted, and one thing I’ve noticed is that it helps keep me from feeling starving during my workouts. It makes it easier to get through longer training sessions while staying hydrated and focused. Another thing I like is the amino profile. It provides 8 grams of EAAs per serving, and compared with many other EAA products I’ve looked at, this one contains higher amounts of the non-BCAA essential amino acids, not just the branched-chain amino acids. Super fine so there’s no gritty texture after you shake it up. The watermelon is a great flavor. It is a bit sweet, so I usually split the serving into 2. Wish they made a strawberry lemonade flavored since I like tart more than sweet! I also like that this is only 5 cals.

Seems to be a good supplement, I add it to smoothies and I notice I feel good on those days. Only gave it 4 stars because it’s very sweet so I don’t even add juice just water which is convenient actually and budget friendly . My boyfriend likes it a lot!

I like the flavor. I am acid sensitive, I mix this with my creatine, and it works. Good ingredients, good on digestion for acid sensitive people like me, and like I said it’s mixable. Overall good.

I love this product

I use a scoop of this in my 33 oz water bottle and drink it during my workout. The watermelon tastes great and helps with my water intake each day. It dissolves very easily and I have this on repeat in my orders. I do believe it helps with muscle recovery. I can’t go to the gym without it!
