I like using this product to control the frizz in my hair. I have silver hair and it is coarser than hair that is not silver. This makes it prone to frizz and this lotion controls it beautifully. The scent is light, it is not greasy and it does not way my hair down.

I have thick frizzy hair and if I don't style it or flat iron, it gets frizzy. If it's humid outside, it's frizzy. After exercise, it's frizzy. You get the idea, it's always frizzy!I've tried expensive salon products over the years such as leave-in conditioners, mousse, gels, masks, anti-frizz hair oil and they did little to reduce the frizz, only weighed my hair down or left it with a waxy feeling. I also stopped using a heated blow dryer and stopped flat ironing for 2 years and it didn't reduce the frizz.Kerasilk taming balm helps de-frizz my hair without weighing it down. My little frizzy head is far less frizzy and feels clean as well as soft and silky.It makes my hair look as if I just left the salon, but it's effortless and I don't have to spend hours trying to tame the frizz!It's a bit spendy, but no more than salon products I have purchased over the years.

The media could not be loaded. I really put this product to test on a rainy foggy humid day. Unfortunately, it didn't pass it. Worth mentioning that my hair is naturally a bit wiry but it didn't tame the frizz a single bit. I felt my hair a bit silkier and it smells delish but that's about it. I love that it uses natural ingredients. Consistency is very good, no heavy, oily or sticky on the hair, more like a light lotion. It might help a bit more on a previously iron-straightened or thicker hair.

This is a salon quality product. I use only a little bit of it in my wet hair after shampooing, and I see no frizz after it dries! My hair gets really soft and shiny, even if I just let it air-dry. The price is high for this item, but considering the quality, I would say that it’s worth the price. You would probably have to pay just as much or more for a similar product at a salon. Plus, it’s very easy to apply with the pump. I love all the Kerasilk products!
