These break very easily, but i really do like convenience
I like the ability the turn on and off my alarm pretty easily. But for something that's on a keychain, it's very fragile. If you drop your keys once, it'll break open and the plastic cracks. Then you go onto amazon and buy another I guess.

Don't drop it
The works great in and out without having to touch the key pad the range is great. But if you drop these remote 1 time it will break. I bought 3 for my house hold all 3 cracked in the same place and came apart. Once you put the Humpty Dumpty remote back together be careful. The next drop you might not be able to put it back together. I now just leave it in my car.

I regret purchasing this
I was never able to get this to link with the Hub, therefore did not work! Waste of money...

We love them.
I know the plastic part sucks a little but most keyfobs are. I have dropped it multiple times and it came apart one time. Other than that its sturdy. I do like how when you press a button it lights up red and the green to let you know the signal was sent and the system recieved it. I do wish the PANIC button could be changed into something like garage door open/close.

Damaged device with cracks.
I've already received this item, but it is damaged while box is ok and have cracks on the side. I can't ship it back as shipping is international and will cost more then device costs.

these things shatter into pieces the first time you drop your keys.

Works fine only dislike is...
Works fine only dislike is if you carry the fob in your pocket with a phone or wallet the disarm button can end up getting pressed to easily. Other than that a super easy way to arm, disarm when leaving/entering via an entrance further from the hub and main entrance.
