I was so happy with this pillow untill my boyfrend found out how great it is and borrowed it. So i had to buy myself another. Really comfy. I like that it comes with more stuffing so you can make it harder/fuller if you want. Cool side is great. My boyfriends neck and mine have stoped hurting after sleep so they work for us. Absolutely love this pillow.

I’ve tried a lot of pillows, and I mean A LOT. Over the years I’ve probably had close to 50 different pillows, all ranging in price and material, but this one might just be the best. It’s as comfortable and as well made as some of the well known expensive brands at a fraction of the price.It’s fully customisable by removing or adding memory foam pieces, allowing you to have a thick firmer pillow or a thinner softer pillow - the memory foam filling is so soft but supportive, and cradles your head beautifully.The curved shape of this pillow is great for fitting nicely under your neck for both side and back sleepers - I’ve removed about 3 big handfuls of the filling and it also works great for stomach sleeping.In terms of how it feels - I’d compare it to the Tempur cloud pillow, but much cheaper.Definitely give this a try if you like a memory foam pillow which you can sink into!

Impressed so far. Very comfortable and cool, not waking up with neck ache anymore. However, it's a bit heavy I assume cos memory foam, and I hate the fact that you can't the right size pillow case at a reasonable price unless you like microfiber which I don't. Still, would recommend for firmness, pain relief and comfort.

I adore this pillow. I look forward to going to sleep!It comes with extra padding, which I needed, and it's the perfect amount.If I had to gripe? I'd say, I wish the cover wasn't white? Or that more spare covers were easily available? It comes with one cover, which has a cooling side and a bamboo side, both are lovely, both are white.I'd definitely recommend it to anyone, and I'll definitely buy again..... For myself.I'm now going to look for spare covers, as the bottom edge is curved, which is so comfy, you can't put a normal pillow case on it without straightening the curved edge, which I love!

I have spent a fortune on pillows over the years trying to find the perfect pillow. I am a side sleeper and have tried many designs and brands, but for me, this is "the one". The design allows for complete neck support as long as the curve is sitting in the crook of the neck and the curve design offers a larger area of support around the neck and shoulder support. It is filled with premium quality memory foam and not only that, it comes with a bag of memory foam fill so you can adjust the softness or firmness to your liking. What a great idea! The cover has two sides, one is the cooling side, the other the bamboo side. I like a cool feel so again, it does what it is designed to do. It cools very quickly after lifting your head and stays cooler than a lot of pillows when in use. Finding the right pillow for me has been a life long task and here it is. It may not be for everyone but for those of you with neck problems I can highly recommend it, you will not be disappointed.

Amazing! After 4 failed back operations and spinal damage this is AMAZING! By far the best pillow I have had yet! I will be buying more for my family because even without a sore neck the comfort is soooo good! And it is cold 🤗🙌🏽 a bit expensive but it is really good 😊 happy customer thank you and my neck seems to be pain free????😳🙌🏽👏🏽🤗

I've only been able to give this 3 stars at the moment because since I've unpacked it it's been airing due to the incredibly over powering chemical smell that comes from it. Therefore I've not been able to use it. There is one side which is labelled cool side and another side that is labelled soft. It comes rolled up and full of stuffing which seems ample at the moment, plus there's spare.. hopefully the chemical smell will clear soon but it's been 24 hours in the garden and it still smells very strong!

I purchased this pillow because l need a low profile soft pillow that l can remove filling from to suit. The first night l took out about a third of the filling but soon woke with neck and back pain and a headache. The second night l removed another third, the third night l discarded the outer cover which had raised stitching that felt like pebbles under my head. By the fourth night l had removed 80 per cent of the filling but to no avail. No matter how little or how much is left in the pillow it still compacts down under the weight of my head to a hard layer because it seems that is what happens with memory foam. It is absolutely not what someone with a sensitive neck and head needs and l have now given up on it. To my surprise l am allowed to return it, so 5 stars for customer service, but l will avoid memory foam in future.
