My mother is a black woman , she is bed ridden, and this product works very well in her hair. I recommend this product for people who can’t wash their own hair and it’s hard for you to get them up out of bed.

Game changer! My hair and skin tolerated this. I'm gonna need to subscribe. This product changed my personal care routine, from not being able to have fresh clean hair to having not only clean hair but soft hair and my scalp set at ease from not having clean. The conditioner I'm still learning the perfect amount but it sure is nice having clean soft hair and not needing to get in the shower and use my spoons, I can do other things too

I'm ultra allergic to... Everything. I haven't found a shampoo that doesn't make me break out in hives. This makes me a little irritated, but that's a huge win over anything else I've tried. I do not use it as directed though, that's useless for me. I have very long hair, to my butt. I legit use it as regular shampoo, in the shower, with water. Squirt it directly onto my scalp after my hair is wet. Lather and rinse out. I must repeat though, or it doesn't cleanse enough. I bought the smaller size originally, and just refill that bottle with the gallon jug and keep it in my shower. My hair really likes it to. My hair stays clean and not greasy longer than regular shampoo. I'm a big fan. Conditioner did nothing, is why I docked a star.

I used this product for my Down's Syndrome sister while she was staying in the hospital after surgery. The first time I used it I was worried because her hair looked very greasy, but when it dried completely it was clean and beautiful! I highly recommend this product!

My son has a water aversion so I got this set for him. It works really good only thing is I wish it had a fragrant smell any smell really it just smells like nothing 😕

This shampoo will clean your hair well, but for me, at least, it's too thin and watery. It doesn't foam and stay on the head, so it runs everywhere. The person I used it on has very long hair, so I also got the conditioner, but I didn't get to use that. The shampoo ran all over the clothes she was wearing as well as the bed. I finally had to wash her hair by holding a tub of warm water behind her while she massaged her hair, first with shampoo, then with conditioner, with rinses in between. She has very long hair, so it was quite a job. For those who can handle it, or prefer a thin shampoo, this smells fresh and is a good value for your money if it were thicker, I would certainly give it another try because the person I bought it for requires a conditioner as well as a shampoo since she will be non-ambulatory while she recovers from several orthopedic surgeries. It's a good shampoo, and probably a good conditioner, but please be aware that it's very thin. If you can handle that - I couldn't - this might be the shampoo for you.

I got this shampoo for my my daughter.She's autistic, and she doesn't like her hair getting wet. I tried it and made my hair feel icky. But it works for her. Maybe I just put too much on my head but it works for her.She likes it and no screaming.

I used this on my mom's hair. I applied twice, and also used the conditioner, although I believe it got the hair clean, it left her hair smelling very unpleasant, almost sweaty smelling. After drying, it was soft and manageable, but still smelled dirty. Will not purchase again.

Great products. Did what they said they would do! Before towel drying the hair, massage then brush the shampoo through the hair for best results.

I was really hoping to love this. After I tried it, I hate it, and I will not be using it. If it is used in hospitals like it claims, I feel awful for the patients. It claims to give you soft, clean hair, especially when used together. After following the instructions, and using both products, not once, but twice, my hair was left greasy and it could stand up on it's own. The smell was like watered down bleach, so I don't know what fragrance is being used, but it is awful, and it lingers for days. I also noticed during combing that I lost a lot of hair, which is unusual for me. I'm sure it had something to do with having to towel dry the hair, causing breakage. The idea behind the product is great, but this misses the mark. Doesn't clean, doesn't feel soft, hair looked greasier than before I started, caused breakages, and smelled terrible. I wouldn't purchase this again.

Bought this as currently immobile, i know there’s nothing like washing your hair properly in the shower but was hoping this would at least freshen it up. Very disappointed, basically like water, leaves hair really greasy and then once it’s dried leaves a horrible hard coating on your hair. Definitely would not buy again.
