Work great for stretching out my hip flexors. I have a plethora of back issues... surgery on my spine 1y ago. I can really feel my hip flexors stretching while using this product. Worth the money. However, for me It does hurt due to the stiffness of the product. To each their own due to Pain tolerance for individuals.

Wish I read the negative reviews. Flimsy and cheap. Worth about $3 and yet I paid about $17. Surface is very smooth and too stiff for remedial purpose so it’s very uncomfortable. If using for balance, it cannot cope with weight bearing exercises and you hand or foot just sinks into right into it. There’s no middle ground. It’ll either uncomfortable hold shape or it’ll collapse. Cheapest on Amazon for a reason. Regret not spending an extra $5-10 to get something worth the price and actually useful. Might let my child paint it for a fun project instead.

PT recommended to use to strengthen neck muscles. Firm and easy to use. Helps relieve knots in my neck. I prefer the black model as it does not show dirt.
