The spikes take some getting used to, but once you adjust, it provides deep relief for sore muscles and stress. It’s well-made, durable, and easy to store. If you struggle with back pain or need a way to unwind, this is a solid choice.

The product is made well, but I'm unsure what I think about this concept yet. I've only used it a few times and if you can get past the pain threshold, it stimulates the muscles but it's pretty uncomfortable to get used to. I will continue to use it to see what the long-term benefits are, but just beware of the heads-up that it will take some getting used to and it's not about the comfort.

I spent a while researching acupressure mats and found that this mat is strikingly similar to Prana. I could not justify spending $$$ on a Prana mat when this one looked to be made just as well (and maybe a little better). I love that this mat can be separated into different configurations depending on the need. I preferred the more natural coloring. I love the tote that it comes with. And the neck pillow is AMAZING! Highly recommend!

Ordered this on a whim and have LOVED IT. I don't know how to explain it other than you just feel so good after using it.

I am a noob to laying on it. It wasn't enough pressure for me as I prefer really deep rough massages. It also wasn't wide enough for me.My old mom however found it decent but said she would never use it so I returned it.I just bought two "Varku Foot Massage Mat, Reflexology Acupressure Massager Mat with Colorful Stones" and put them side by side.
