This product is a really good way to put light into a shadowy place. The batteries can last up to a week (3 days if run 16 hrs.. tested this). They take about 8 hours to charge over normal USB power adapters. The magnets do adhere very well to a metal surface (tested all the way down to a 1/4" dia. Wire shelf successfully), and they provide a metal plate to allow you to mount these in a non-metal place (like under kitchen cabinets - what I purchased them for). Be careful to observe where the magnets on the back side of the housing are - to get the right spacing to install the plates.. which, BTW, have sticky foam tape backing for easy surface adhesion. They have both light color selection (3 or 4 different colors, I kept on the brightest one), and a light level adjustment - both on the same button. Overall this device has exceeded my initial expectations pretty well.. however, some things you might want to be aware of: - light level is meant for distances of up to 1M, however, one will light up a room enough to see where you are going. - instruction manual doesn't give charge times and rates; hence, my 8 hr. charge time took a while to figure out. 4 hrs. is not enough, IMO (yes you do have to charge these every so often.. is the only drawback). - In motion activated mode, if the room is well lit (like almost direct sunlight or bright light), the lights do NOT activate.. and really, who needs more light in a well lit room? This saves on battery life as well, BTW.

I have an older home built in 1978. There were no lights in two of the closets, one of which for, I have posted a picture. There are no outlets in either closet. Until now the only way to put lighting of any kind in them, I was going to have to run unsightly extension cords maybe, susceptible to tripping over and other hazards as well. These babies here are rechargeable via USB cables. There are three settings, on off and automatic so the light will come on when you open the door to then shut off thirty seconds later if no movement is detected. These lights saved me a LOT of aggravation of looking for the flashlight on occasions when I went to either closet at which time I would remember something had to be done about the lack of light in there. Faster, smaller, cheaper (think "less expensive") 'cheap' as in cheesy they are not. Early nineties buzz words at the community college where I was taking night classes. Here it is. The future has arrived as far as that goes. I am extremely pleased with this purchase. These lights are very simple to mount. If you have a flat surface it's especially easy. Included are two very sticky, excellent bonding surfaces you peel off then stick to the wall. The other side is magnetic and the light clicks right in place. Peel off the layer of paper to expose the stickiness, ensure the metal clicks onto the magnets then sit it in place. Very easy.

I love them. They are a great addition to add light to my countertop when preparing meals. The light is not as strong as expected but they do the job for the price. The battery doesn't last too long, but they charge fast so it is not a big issue. Only need to remember to charge them when not in use.

I love these lights! I bought them for under my sink and in my pantry. Places that I don't get much light. I love that these can work on motion or "auto". They turn on as soon as I open the pantry door and I don't have to remember to turn them off. I've killed a lot of batteries that way. I love that the brightness is adjustable and so is the light color. They seem like good quality lights to me. They take a type c charger. I don't really know how long it takes to charge them because I haven't timed it, but I've only have to charge them once and I've had them for probably a month if not longer. They are also in high traffic areas (I have an 8 year old, that pantry door flies open ever 20 minutes 🤦‍♀️). I think they are great for the price and will definitely be ordering more!

I put this light under one of my cabinets because it was too dark to see anything in there. Love that you can set it for auto, and that its easy to install. IT also has three light settings, so you aren't just stuck with the bright white option. The battery last a good while, so unless you have it continuously on, you wont have to charge it that many times. Overall its the perfect solution to get light into a space and it comes with two so I think its definitely worth it for the price.
