This board is really well made but it is not for the faint hearted ! It is a big, big board which, due to its sturdy construction, weighs a lot - I thought that I was relatively strong but it challenges me in terms of moving it and then putting it up ! Having "erected" it, there is a lot of area on which to iron your clothes and sheets. Not brill for men's shirts as you do not really have a point at the end of the Board to do the tricky bits. I also found that the cover creases in areas regardless of adjusting it, which makes it annoying at times. Overall, a fantastic ironing board, just don't buy one for your Gran !

I read loads of reviews before I bought a new ironing board - this got the best - and they are justified ! Really smooth padded surface to iron on - plenty of room and very sturdy non slip legs. Previous ironing boards I have had to add padding and extra covers to but not this one ! Also a nice colour ! Had to wait a little longer than expected for delivery but would definitely recommend it.

So pleased with this ironing board, so sturdy and very well made,I've had one of these ironing boards for over 23 years until I neededthis replacement .

Really well packaged was a little worried that it would arrive damaged but no.Seems sturdy thick board cover no more knocking the iron over.Good range of height. Purchased from amazon warehouse great price can't see anything wrong with it.

and now I do too.Extremely sturdy, I'm not suggesting you do so but IF there was an ironing board you could stand on to change a lightbulb (please don't!) it would be this one.

It’s a light but steady ironing board with reasonable space to place the steam iron. I purchased one which is wider. I’m very happy with the this iron board.
