I was looking for a good quality micro plastic free salt on Amazon and this didn't disappoint. It goes great on anything you need salt for and it's much more healthy than 90+% of sea salts out there. It comes from an old dried up section of sea, that's been underground for thousands of years. Before humans invented all the petro chemicals that are in almost everything now. You don't have to worry about micro plastics or anything else floating around in the ocean of today. So if you're looking for a healthy alternative to the norm, get this stuff. 👍

Like this product very much, no issues.

I made some Clam Chowder as my first meal with this salt. I can taste the difference between this and table salt. The taste of this salt is strong so next time I will cut it back a little in my recipe, maybe 1 teaspoon next time instead of 1.5 teaspoons. This salt does have a taste that sticks around for awhile after the meal is finished but is pleasant. I will keep using.

Wanted to add a new salt without micro plastics for a balanced diet of minerals. I try to use several types and with the growing concerns about micro plastics, it’s nice to see types like this are doing what they can to keep it out of quality mineral salts

Mine was packaged in plastic, not in a box as shown in some of the reviews. Once packaged in plastic, the salt is no longer microplastic free. Wasted my money.

This tastes like table salt in the picnic packages... didn't think salt had different tastes but after himalayan & kosher salts apparently they do and this salt isn't as pleasant... maybe it's the plastics in the others??, lol.

Great salt, shaker is quality as well. Milder flavor than sea salt but a wonderful alternative if you’re getting around bio-plastics in the food supply. Definitely recommend!👍

I am very lazy about writing reviews, but I am making an effort here. I have tried many salts (REAL Salt, Hawaiian, Himalayan, gourmet such and such, etc.). I happened to find this by accident, as I have not seen it promoted anywhere, and that alone makes it worthy of consideration. It has a clean flavor, by that I mean "fresh," as opposed to "fishy" sea salts or "rock" earth salts. The mineral content must be as claimed because I sometimes have restless legs after eating salt (sodium chloride), relieved by taking magnesium and/or potassium. I notice that since using this salt, I have not had restless legs, hence not needed magnesium, potassium, which this salt claims to have in fair amount. I purchased the shaker, which has three different quantity openings and a closure on its turn top.
