My whole family uses this to stay in touch with my son who is studying abroad this semester. When he gets ready for bed at night he taps it as a sign to say goodnight. We love walking in the kitchen and see it glowing BLUE! 💙💙💙

If you want something to help bridge distance this is the gift for you! Our Daughter is across the country and we're all missing each other! This little lamp had a HUGE impact! Just a little tap and she know's we're thinking of her! We got an extra one so that our youngest daughter can participate in our "tap wars" as well and send an "I love you" via her personal color! The app is great and easy to use. Every now and then we need to do a simple reset by unplugging the device, but since these are so new a few kinks in the program are expected. It's a wonderful gift! Very happy with our purchase! (And best thing is that we can still add more lamps to our "family" as the kids grow up and move out!)

I ordered a set of two for my bestie and me for Christmas. I sent hers to Texas and mine stayed in California.The lamps link to an app on your phone. The main account holder will create a group and send out an invite to join. Then, the invitee joins and main account holder will approve them to join. Once they are connected, you can send and receive a color by tapping the lamp. If you are away from your lamp, your phone or smartwatch will notify you as well. You can send a tap through the app as well.Fast forward to February...I decided to get another lamp for my other bestie. Here is the catch. You must add the new lamp to an existing group. So my taps get sent to the whole group. It isn't a big deal since both my friends know each other, but if you are looking for it to be personal in that respect, you need to know that the lamps all share the same link.All three of us love the lamps. We use them in a place in our homes where we frequently hang out and easy to quickly send a message.Changing the color is easy, just tap and hold until you like the color or designate "your" color.You also have some options in the app to customize.All in all, this is a fun splurge for you and your friends that you can always be with but an alternative to texting.Happy "lamping!"

I bought these for my husband and I, we live in different states right now. These are fantastic! We can send each other little thoughts and love notes without taking time for a whole conversation. Seeing the light flash, or getting a notification on my phone, warms my heart and makes me smile. I love that you can create your own messages, and my husband, who swore he wouldn't use it, sends me colors all the time. This is a fun way to stay in touch! Setup was super easy, but I would recommend buying your own cord, it comes with a very short usb cord and no wall plug, this is why I cannot give 5 stars. For the cost of the lamps, I think the company should do better, but I highly recommend.

Mine doesn’t light up, have tried to reset—missed the return window. Don’t buy.

The media could not be loaded. Saw these lamps and knew I had to get one for my best friend! Was incredibly easy to set up and have been having so much fun having color wars with her kiddos to let them know we are thinking about each other! The app has many different options that I haven’t gotten to play around with all of them yet, but super excited to see all the different things that can be done!

I got two of these, one for my best friend in another state and one for me for Christmas and they have been really nice and fun to have. We made up secret codes for different colors so we can send each other messages and generally it's just an awesome and fun reminder that someone is out there and you can sort of "touch" each other in some way.
