A: I think it's extremely loud

A: I don't know and sent mine back for refund. It is not light and the motor runs and sounds funny after I turned it off. I have never had a hair dryer do that.

A: Yes, they are separate.

**Q: Does the concentrator stay connected, or does it frequently fall off while using?**
A: It stays. It’s super hard to remove actually.
