This product at least to my taste buds tase 100% BAD (I have high tolerance) HOWEVER this PRODUCT WORKS HANDS DOWN 120%. I use it for long runs(8-12miles). Seriously, if you take more than 2 sips, you'll be up all night. I don't drink it every day, but when I do need a boost, I take 2 sips first thing in the morning and I am bouncing off the walls all day and night!
