This is a comfortable pillow that helps relieve my shoulders pain. I first rated it as 3 stars because I thought I did not receive the shoulder strap but today I found it on the floor where I opened the package. Please accept my apologies. I now rate it 5 stars.

I love this pillow. I’m using it after AC joint surgery to help support my arm while sleeping in my sling. I’m happy I was able to get this with my FSA benefits too! It’s great quality and I am getting much better sleep quality with this pillow! I have a small frame so throw pillows were not comfortable for me. This pillow fits much better due to the shape and being a bit thinner. I’m hoping it will still function well be beneficial when I graduate from my sling!

Pillow was soft, adequate firmness, got positioning right but would not stay in place. easy to come out of the pillow at should and palm and twist the shoulder joint. elastic on hand very large and non functional except when sitting awake and immobile. I do not recommend if there is a serious shoulder issue or recovery. Does better to just get travel pillow and prop up the arm. There may be a way to alter this shoulder pillow to keep the arm in place and would love to hear how a designer would do this. As for now, skip this shoulder pillow.

I have bilateral torn rotator cuffs. The right is far worse than the left. The left doesn't hurt at all. I am recovering from a knee surgery, and will be having my right rotator cuff repaired when I'm fully recovered from the knee surgery. In the meantime, I had been stuffing an extra pillow under my right shoulder to avoid some of the pain. For whatever reason, I decided to see if there was a better option. I found this pillow and it is a Godsend! When I do a lot of work during the day, like cleaning the house, gardening, taking care of the pool, etc., my shoulder is in excruciating pain when I lay down to sleep at night. This pillow alleviates a lot of that pain and reduces the need for pain medication. I highly recommend this pillow and can't wait to see how it helps me during my rotator cuff repair recovery.

I’ve had shoulder issues for about a year and while physical therapy helps, I still have issues when sleeping. I got this pillow and it’s a lifesaver. The strap for your wrist is great because it won’t fall off if you toss and turn like I do. One thing I recommend is be patient and play with the amount of stuffing. I had to take quite a bit out of mine before I found the sweet spot. Luckily it’s easy to open and add or remove. I highly recommend.

I find myself reaching for this guy a lot at night, really helpful in that gap between arm and chest. The strap is a bit nothing to me considering I don't use it during the day but it's easily removed. Why doesn't someone make an actually pillow that feels like this? You either get weak memory foam or way to firm like buckwheat. This is the happy middle!

I just had a shoulder surgery and got this pillow because I thought it would help. I hardly used it as it wasn't really necessary for me. I mostly just had a regular throw pillow under my arm and that was good enough. There was nothing wrong with the pillow. I think it's great if it works for you. I personally found it wasn't required or overly more useful to have.
