This vibration plate has been a game changer for me. I get on it every single morning for 15 minutes and it just shakes away all the stiffness, joint pain and tightness in my muscles that I accumulated during the night. I highly recommend everyone get this product!

I have been on the hunt for a good shaker machine. I am very pleased with this one. I need to learn the buttons a bit more but I love it. Great way to drain your lymphatic system. Helps with back pain and leg pains. The kids are constantly playing with it. I would buy again.

My vibration plate has done wonders for me. I am so pleased with this machine. It is easy to use, and doesn’t take up space, can be stored easily beneath a table, a desk., in a closet, a pantry, or left out as it is compact, attractive, I started slow. The first few days I was sore, so took it easy and let my muscles recover. I have built up to three 15 minutes a day which I learned by research is not recommended. So I will do two fifteen minute sessions every other day. I had used a professional power plate at a gym years ago but didn’t understand the principle behind the machine. This machine has definitely improved my health.

I like this machine so far! I got the mini about 2 weeks ago and it's pretty powerful! If I stay in a squat for too long my knees hurt, idk if that is the machine or if it's just that I'm out of shape. I do feel the burn in my thighs when I do my squats on it. I'll keep going to see if I can tell a difference in overall weight loss. The reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the first remote didn't work, and instead of just replacing the remote, I had to send the whole unit back in order to get a new remote. The new one works very well and I am very happy to have a fully functioning machine!

I have to admit, I was on the fence to even purchase this item. I'm glad I took the plunge. The vibration plate is quiet in operation and gives a good overall workout by relaxing stiff muscles. If you find it too intense with the overall vibration on your body, just bend your legs slightly. Same workout but less intense on your head and neck.

I chose the mini one for my apartment but I didn’t realize until after I got it that wouldn’t work for what I needed. A bigger one is better for lower back and thigh work. The bigger one is still a good size for an apartment in a dedicated spot.

I love the compact size as I live in a very small space. Works great and is very quit. Really helps with joint pain. It doesn't weigh very much and is real sturdy
