WORST PRODUCT
Worst product. Doesn’t function properly l. Max it will work for a week and then you need to struggle to put the new paper roll. They do not have the option to replace or return the item

ITS GREAT PRODUCET, JUST VALUE FOR MONEY. I PURCHASED IT 1 WK BACK. INSTALATION IS SMOOTH AND READY TO USE. PRINT QUALITY AS WELL AS SPEED IS GREAT.

A Product Is As Good As Support Provided
I purchased this product to be be used as a WiFi printer, the box or the instructions don't have anything clearly mentioned on how to do it, so I reached out to seller, and voila they are on the call and helping me to it perfectly, later and got some issues due to network reconfigurations, called again, superb support as usual, issue fixed on call. I'm very happy with the product, and it reaffirms my belief that it's the support which ultimately defines the quality of the product. My suggestion to the company - It would really be great if they can include complete documentation on how to configure the printer with lan/bluetooth/wifi etc, so that customer can do it himself, it would help the company by not overloading the support team with things that customer can do himself if enough information is provided.

Very poor extremely poor after sales service I am struggling for the size to be fit for their printer of thermal labels but their after sale service fail to answer those answer are speaking like they are not interested to convey true information don’t buy their product

تعمل بشكل صحيح مع ماكنتوش وسريعة للفواتير الملاحظة أن الرولات في السوق كبيرة عليها مكان الرول فيها صغير لازم تقلل من الرول الموجود بالسوق علشان تركبه فيها وهذا الشيء متعب .
