GREAT COMPANY THAT STANDS BEHIND THEIR PRODUCT
Purchased my 4000A jump starter about 2 years ago. I used it a few times and it worked great. Recently had to use it and found that it would not work. I threw on the charger and it would not take a charge. I contacted NEXPOW and described my issue. They asked for some information on the unit and promptly replaced the 2 YEAR OLD unit. I can't say enough about their responsiveness and attention to making sure I was satisfied. GREAT COMPANY ---GREAT PRODUCT.

It portable and very easy to use jumps my vehicles off no issues

Customer Service
My NEXPOW Jump Starter died prematurely after about 9 months, so I contacted Customer Service. Initial contact was by telephone, and getting a live person on the line was quick and easy. After that, we exchanged several emails. Then, NEXPOW replaced the jump starter.I could complain about the item failing early, but customer service was so easy to contact and efficient in their process, that I give them a 5 star rating.I had used the jump starter to start a 340 HP diesel engine in a motor home. This is the first jump starter I have had that will start that diesel.

First time out success.
Had these for a while without a chance to use it. My neighbors kid bought a "fixer" got it home, wouldn't start up again. Dropped this charger on, kicked right over. Saved the kid from his Dad's wrath...hahaha. Excellent product, excellent results

Works as described
Works great so far had a deep cycle battery I used 2 jump a stubborn mower that turned over hard n this thing turned it over like it was a brand new mower n battery. Ill b 100 percent satisfied if it holds up for more than a year since I paid more twice as much for a battery that only lasted a season and I even took the battery out in the fall n put it on a maintainer in the house 4 the winter

Very easy to use anyone could use it
Every car should have one of these best thing ever you don’t even need jumper cables all you need is this little device it works absolutely fantastic. Just started my 1 ton truck and also started my friend’s car. Absolutely no problem. Started it within seconds.

Works great! Starts the car AND charges my phone!
Bought this to keep in the car just in case I needed a high capacity battery for my devices or if someone needed a jump. Good thing I did because, just three days after it arrived, my car's battery died! With it, I was able to start my car (V6 Ford Explorer) to get to work and then again after work to get to the auto parts store and replace the battery. Saved me a bunch of time and a couple Ubers.
